Pat Reilly named Vice President, Business Development

IRVINE, Calif., — Advantage Sales and Marketing (ASM) today appointed Pat Reilly to Vice President, Business Development. Pat will report to Dave Arbanas, Senior Vice President, Client Services.

Reilly will be responsible for generating sustainable revenue and growth, expanding ASM’s market share, strategic leadership and strengthening client relationships.

“Pat’s exceptional business development track record in the consumer packaged goods industry will prove to be invaluable to ASM’s continued success in strengthening and growing our client relationships,” said Chris Olivier, President, Sales. “Pat is an expert in his field and we look forward to seeing ASM’s client portfolio continue to grow with his leadership.”

Reilly has more than two decades of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, holding several key positions at Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble. Most recently, Reilly served as Market Vice President of Sales and Marketing, for Right Management—a division of Manpower, Inc.—where he was responsible for expanding the company’s footprint and market share across multiple industries through sales force development, strategy execution and marketing penetration. Prior to that, he also held various positions with Johnson & Johnson in customer development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Diego State University.
