Brian G. Stevens, Chief Financial Officer

IRVINE, Calif. — Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM) today announced the appointment of Brian G. Stevens as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1. Brian will report to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Sonny King.

“We are delighted to announce Brian’s promotion to CFO,” said King. “Over the past two years, he has contributed a great deal to ASM as Vice President of Finance. His proven track-record at ASM and his prior experience in senior financial roles will help us continue to expand our leading market position in the Sales and Marketing Agency (SMA) arena.”

In his role as CFO, Stevens will continue his responsibility for the worldwide oversight of ASM’s Finance and Accounting department including financial reporting and analysis, controllership, forecast/budget, internal audit, mergers/acquisitions, treasury, payroll, and tax.

Stevens joined ASM in March 2008 and has more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting.  He previously served as Vice President of Finance at Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc., where he provided global oversight for the Finance, Accounting and IT departments, and helped lead a successful initial public offering (IPO) in 2004.

Stevens also spent seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in a variety of roles, where he participated in the preparation of IPOs, merger and acquisition transactions, carve out and spinoffs, and many different types of public filings for Fortune 100 companies.

Stevens is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California.
